How is marijuana used?
Medical and recreational marijuana can be ingested in many ways, including smoking vaping, lotion, edibles, capsules, and much more.
What types of cannabis are there?
There are three primary types of cannabis strains: Indica, Sativa, and Hybrid.
Indica: This strain is sought after for its intensely relaxing effects. It may also help reduce nausea and pain and increase appetite. Because of its deep relaxation effects, indica is better consumed at night.
Sativa: With Sativa comes a boost in serotonin, which regulates learning, mood, sleep, anxiety, and appetite. It works to help combat chronic pain and can aid in easing and treating anxiety and depression
Hybrid: A crossbreed between Indica and Sativa. Effects and benefits will vary by the strain’s specific ratio.
